Payment per invoice (only for Swiss customers)
For delivery in Switzerland our customers can pay per invoice with a 10-days term. All new customers (without exceptions) have to pay in advance their first order. We do not exclude to require a payment in advance in some cases.

Pick Up
Our customers can pick up the ordered products in our shop in Zug without shipping charges.
Picking up the ordered items is only possible after you received our confirmation e-mail "Ready to fetch - The ordered products are ready to pick up at our store in Zug" and not previously!

Track&Trace
The shipment can be verified with the "Track&Trace" system of the Swiss Post. This service is only valid for the following countries: Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Delivery times
Delivery time can vary between 4 and 9 days upon permanence in the customs duty office of the delivery country.
VAT and duty
The invoices for shipments outside Switzerland are always without VAT. Select "My account" on our site, register and you will see all the prices without the swiss VAT (7,6%). At delivery you will have to pay the VAT valid in your country (for example in Italy 20%, in Germany 19%). In addition you could have to pay some charge of the duty of your country. Please contact your local customs offices for detailed information.
